HOW DO I REGISTER?

CAN I GET A PROMO KIT?

If you would like a promotional kit sent out to you, please email info@originalconference.com.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I REGISTER?

All registrants who provide an email address will receive a confirmation email with your ticket attached. Retain this email for future use. When you arrive for conference, you will receive your registration booklet, bag, and wristband and you’ll be set for the weekend! If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@originalconference.com and we would love to help.

WHAT IF I’M COMING ALONE?

Upon registration, let us know if you would like to be part of what we call “Friend Link,” which is designed for you to connect with others who have come on their own to the conference.

NEW MOMS

We would love for you to bring your new little one to the conference. You are welcome to attend the services, but we will also have a Mother’s Room available for your convenience.

IS CHILDCARE PROVIDED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare, but we do encourage you to bring your daughter(s) who are 11 years or older. Children attending DO need a ticket of their own and a student rate is available until September 30, 2019.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR GROUP REGISTRATIONS?

Yes! Register a group of ten (10) or more and save $10 per ticket. You must register all ten (10) attendees at one time under one transaction to start the group and to receive the group rate. You can also continue to add to your group after the first ten (10) are registered and you’ve locked in your group rate. You will receive a confirmation email upon registering the initial ten (10) tickets which will include a link, password, and group name for you to distribute to those wanting to join your group. WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?

Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing three weeks prior to the conference you are attending to qualify for a refund. A $25 processing charge will apply to each canceled registration. Registrations are transferable up until three weeks before the conference you are attending. To transfer your registration, call 815.639.7556.

CAN I SHARE MY TICKET WITH SOMEONE?

Each individual attendee will need their own ticket to attend the conference.

WHAT IF I CAN ONLY MAKE IT TO A PORTION OF THE CONFERENCE?

We have a ticket option called Nights and Saturday for a reduced rate. This allows you access only for the evening services and Saturday services. We do not offer a one day pass. This offer expires September 30, 2019.

Please log into your Brushfire account and select to manage your ticket type. If you need further assistance, click here to see step by step instructions or contact us at info@originalconference.com or 815-639-7556. Tickets are not interchangeable between Illinois and Florida.
