Quitting the hard things is easy, but quitting easy things is hard. It’s the seemingly “easy things” that sneak their way into our lives and end up stealing so much of our time, energy, focus, and even our purpose. Worry is one thing that is way too easy for all of us to do. Without even realizing it, we can become addicted to worry. We can quit worrying by praying! Prayer is the only true antidote to worry!
